Terms of Service, Privacy & Returns

Using this website

This website shares information about Nikki Marie May’s books and offers printable activities for families, caregivers, and educators. The activities are intended for adult-led use. Please supervise children when using scissors or other craft supplies.

Information and resources are provided as available. Nikki may update, pause, or remove content without notice. Links to outside websites are provided for convenience; those sites have their own terms and privacy practices.

Books, orders, and returns

Book purchases linked from this site are completed by the retailer or seller named on the purchase page, not through this website. Prices, shipping, preorder timing, cancellations, refunds, damaged shipments, and returns are governed by that seller’s policies. Please contact the seller shown in your order confirmation for order or return help. You can contact Nikki about a book through the form on the Contact page, but she cannot process a retailer’s return here.

Copyright and printable use

Unless otherwise noted, the stories, text, illustrations, branding, and downloadable activities on this site are protected by their respective rights holders. Printable PDFs may be downloaded and printed for personal, home, library, or classroom activities. Please do not sell them, upload them elsewhere, remove credits, or use the artwork or text in another publication without written permission. To request a different use or report a suspected infringement, use the contact form on the Contact page and include the page URL and relevant details.

Privacy notice

This site is intended for adults seeking children’s books and activities. Children should not submit contact details or sign up for the newsletter. The age group checkboxes describe the activities an adult is interested in; they do not request a child’s name, age, or contact information.

If you contact Nikki, the form sends the name, preferred reply method, email address and/or phone number you provide, and your message to her inbox so she can respond. The form itself does not add you to the newsletter. If you subscribe, your email address and age group preferences are sent to Mailchimp for newsletter delivery and preference management. You can unsubscribe through a link in any newsletter email. Mailchimp may process information according to its own privacy notice. The web host may also retain routine technical logs needed to operate and secure the site.

To ask about information you submitted through this site or request deletion where applicable, use the contact form on the Contact page. Do not include sensitive personal information in a message.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated as the website and books develop. Questions, rights requests, and permission requests can be sent through the contact form.
